US is proud of its partnership with the Lugar Center, Undersecretary of State says

I applaud the professionalism and openness of the Lugar Centre staff, Bonnie Jenkins, the United States Undersecretary of State for Arms Control and International Security, told the media at the Biosafety Regional Conference on Thursday.

“I’m pleased to have an opportunity at this conference to meet with distinguished colleagues from Georgia’s Richard Lugar Center. This national capacity was not developed overnight. This required years of investment, commitment and step-by-step improvements. The US is proud of its peaceful partnership with the Lugar Center. I applaud the professionalism and openness of the Lugar Centre staff, who opened their doors to media early this year and a show of transparency,” Bonnie Jenkins stated.
