“Ivanishvili’s regime is terrified, in complete panic and hysteria, because they have become convinced that the entire society has united around this idea of peacefully overthrowing Ivanishvili,” declared Sofo Japaridze, a member of the United National Movement opposition party.

According to Sofo Japaridze, the United National Movement promises society that the fight will be uncompromising.

“They know exactly that they are finished and that on October 4, the Georgian people will secure their rightful victory. On October 4, our country will triumph. We must stand firm on Rustaveli Avenue; it’s now or never. Don’t be afraid, we won’t retreat a single step, we’ll fight to the end and without compromise.

Today we, the United National Movement, promise you that the fight will be uncompromising, the fight will be to the end and, most importantly, the fight will be until victory.

I address everyone: stay strong, political prisoners. I address Levan, Murtaz and every prisoner of conscience: we won’t retreat for a single moment, we stand beside you, we are stronger than ever before. Today, tomorrow, the day after, we must be on the streets, we must be all of Georgia united as one fist, and on October 4, that pivotal day, we will secure the victory that the Georgian people and our country deserve,” declared Sofo Japaridze.
