UNM’s Khabeishvili: It is last call, Georgian people cannot miss this opportunity
“They were beating women, spat on them; this was coordinated with Mdinaradze. Today at 8 p.m., as many people as possible must gather and respond, peacefully, of course,” declared Levan Khabeishvili, Chairman of the United National Movement’s Political Council.
Khabeishvili commented on the confrontations near Kakha Kaladze’s election headquarters on Melikishvili Avenue last night.
“This was coordinated with Mdinaradze. Mdinaradze has now become the iron fist. He gave the order: ‘Go and prove you’re men.’ Instead, they only proved they’re absolute cowards. They were beating women, spitting on them, and hitting them with their hands; clearly, it was coordinated. The police were standing there, and they spat on their heads. Wouldn’t they have arrested someone if it hadn’t been coordinated? Of course, they would have arrested them.
We must understand that this was Ivanishvili’s hysteria. This is a manifestation, the last call. All of this shows that time is running out, and it’s impossible for the Georgian people not to seize this moment.
Today at 8 p.m., as many people as possible must gather and respond, peacefully, of course. We will be more numerous every day, and on October 4, you won’t exist at all,” Khabeishvili declared.
