UNM’s Khabeishvili declares victory within reach on October 4: We’ve never been this close

“Over the past few days, there has been additional hysteria about the October 4 peaceful revolution. The threats confirm the hysteria and panic of Ivanishvili, Kobakhidze and Mdinaradze. Ivanishvili’s regime has collapsed. It’s in absolute disarray and they’ve begun making “threats” out of sheer fear,” writes Levan Khabeishvili, a member of the United National Movement, on social media.

According to him, the ruling team’s defeat is inevitable.

“I think only of victory: our victory, Georgia’s victory, the Georgian people’s victory. Assumptions and worries that they’ll arrest me, imprison me, and suchlike only confirm one thing: Ivanishvili’s defeat is inevitable. Any such action would fully confirm this and effectively constitute capitulation. We must understand that we have never been this close to victory. In any case, on October 4, we must be ready for action. We will win unconditionally. Let us mobilise and prepare to celebrate victory. Long live Georgia. May God bless our homeland and our people,” writes Khabeishvili.
