Unity-National Movement asks citizens to dedicate November 25 to motherland, join protest

Giorgi Vashadze, one of the leaders of the Unity-National Movement coalitions calls on citizens to join the protest on November 25, the date when the 11th convocation parliament is set to convene to hold the first sitting.

In a live interview with TV Pirveli, Giorgi Vashadze asked people to take one day off from their workplaces and dedicate this day to the motherland. According to Vashadze, protests should take place in Tbilisi, Gori, Zugdidi, Kutaisi, Batumi and other cities.

“I would like to ask everyone to take the day off from work on Monday, which is a very significant day, and dedicate this day to our motherland. Tbilisi should not be the only destination of protest. Protests should comprise Gori, Zugdidi, Kutaisi and Batumi,” he said.
