Underage detained on charge of conflict at Red Garden to be subjected to body expertise

The underage, detained on charge of having injured three comates at Red Garden in Tbilisi will be subjected to body expertise after he is officially presented indictments.

Lawyer says that the youngster surrendered to the police on February 1. Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) released the statement yesterday that the youth born in 2000 had been detained red-handed. The detainee faces from 9 to 13 years in prison if found guilty.
