Ukraine to Russia: Ukraine can liberate Crimea by any means

Advisor to the Ukrainian President’s Office, Mikhail Podolyak responded to the recent threat of the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev.

“International law is clear. Ukraine can liberate its territories using any tools. Crimea is Ukraine.
Therefore, the threats of Russian officials about ‘retribution strikes’ are only a fixation of the intention to commit massacres and an attempt to scare in the Russian Federation’s traditional style. Always ignore Medvedev,” he tweeted.

Medvedev on February 4 said that if Ukraine attacks Russian facilities in the Crimea, Russia, in return will react with “retaliatory strikes” including nuclear weapons.
