Tornike Zirakishvili: Emaar's owner's interest in Georgian market opens up new opportunities

“Emaar is the author and major investor of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, with vast expertise in this field. Tornike Zirakishvili, Deputy Director of Enterprise Georgia, stated that the Emaar owner Mohammed Alabari’s interest in the Georgian market “will open up new opportunities.”

Tornike Zirakishvili’s remark comes after the UAE’s largest investor, Mohamed Alabar and his business Eagle Hills, entered the Georgian market.

“This is the largest investment project in our country, which has already aroused interest from other potential investors,” noted Zirakishvili.

Based on the agreement reached with Eagle Hills, the project will enter an active phase next year and the investment will be implemented in stages over five to seven years.
