Toivo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and co-chair of the Geneva negotiations provided an update on the recent meetings held in Moscow, Tbilisi, Tskhinvali, and Sukhumi.
According to Klaar’s tweet, the meetings were specifically aimed at preparing for the next round of the Geneva International Discussions (GID, which is scheduled to take place on July 11-12.
