Tbilisi Mayor: Their scheme is deciphered; they're trying to create chaos, attempt state coup

According to incumbent Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze, it’s a deciphered scheme that very large sums of money have been spent by foreign forces over the years in the country to create an agent network.

“They are marionettes. They have arranged the matter very simply: money was spent in the country over the years to create an agent network. What did they need this network for? To control the country, to be the masters of this country themselves. Not the Georgian people, but themselves, several representatives of the Global War Party. Can you imagine? This is their attitude.

They’re trying to create chaos, turn people against each other, attempt to organise a state coup and so forth through that agency network, for the creation of which very large sums were spent. It’s a deciphered and very simple scheme,” declared Kakha Kaladze.

In Kaladze’s assessment, the statements that have been heard recently from representatives of the Global War Party regarding Georgia are unpleasant.

“I don’t know how much they will correct themselves. We have already seen that the first promise the President of the United States made was to defeat the Deep State, and the second promise was to end the war. Neither the first has been completed nor has he defeated the second. The process is ongoing, in which we very much support President Trump.

Of course, if this really happens as such, it will be reflected on our country too. Our primary concern is for our homeland, Georgia, because the incorrect attitude of those outside who represent the Global War Party is deeply troubling. All their statements are solely characterised by lies, falsehoods, and slander, which are both unpleasant and unacceptable. We want all this to change and for there to be a fair attitude towards our country,” noted the Mayor of Tbilisi.
