Tbilisi Energy: Natural gas supply restoration for disconnected subscribers to resume on Wednesday

“Natural gas supply for disconnected subscribers will resume tomorrow from 08:00 a.m. and will be fully restored in Vake by 3 p.m., and in Saburtalo by 10 p.m.,” Tbilisi Energy said in a statement.

The company reports that at this time, service has been fully restored to Didube-Dighomi, the majority of the Vake district, and 57,096 subscribers in Saburtalo-Nutsubidze have had their natural gas supply restored.

“Due to safety regulations, natural gas cannot be turned on in the network late at night. Tbilisi Energy apologizes for the significant inconvenience caused.

Please do not leave gas appliances and central gas valves in the open position. This will help us restore gas supply promptly,” the statement reads.
