Tamar Chugoshvili believes that submitted list of judge candidates does not have parliamentary support

Tamar Chugoshvili, Vice Speaker of Parliament, believes that already submitted list of ten candidates for judges of the Supreme Court does not have parliamentary support.

According to Chugoshvili, the legislative body should discuss the issue after making relevant changes in the law on candidates for judges.

“I do not think we should return to this list. I do not think that we should consider specific names. First of all, we should amend the relevant legislation”, – Tamar Chugoshvili said.
