Taj Mahal reopens for visitors after six-month shutdown

One of India’s most famous landmarks, the Taj Mahal has reopened for visitors after a six-month shutdown.

Visitors should follow the recommendations. They will be required to undergo temperature checks, to wear a face mask, and to observe social distancing rule.

​India has reported 87 000 new coronavirus cases and 1 130 new deaths in the last 24 hours.

Since the virus outbreak, India recorded 5,4 million COVID-19 cases and 87 882 deaths of the virus.
