Student mobility transfer results published for Autumn Semester 2026–2027; enrolment procedures set for 22 September to 7 October
The Education Management Information System (EMIS) announced that students can now view their university mobility transfer results by logging in to their personal registration portal on students.emis.ge.
The agency outlined that candidates who have secured a transfer place must immediately submit a written application to their receiving higher education institution and complete the required enrolment procedures, including submitting copies of their student records. Final enrolment will take effect after the host institution issues an official decree.
“The receiving higher education institution will calculate recognised credit transfers based on the submitted documentation. Students have the right to review the credit recognition decision and register their written consent or objection. In the event of a refusal, a formal written statement must be submitted to the host institution before the final enrolment decree is issued.
Applicants must also satisfy any program-specific prerequisites, such as examinations, interviews, creative auditions, or additional competitions, where applicable. Specific requirements are listed on the electronic mobility portal under the ‘Notes’ section for each program.
As part of the Autumn Semester 2026–2027 mobility cycle, receiving institutions will upload draft legal acts for transfer candidates into the EMIS system between 11 and 21 September. Official student enrolment and deregistration procedures will take place from 22 September through 7 October.
For further inquiries, students should contact their respective higher education institutions or reach out to the Education Management Information System hotline at (+995 32) 2 200 220,” the release stated.
