Tbilisi City Hall calls on the citizens to stay away from trees, lightweight constructions and construction sites in case of strong wind.

The City Hall also calls on the construction companies to take more care of their security requirements and to pay special attention to employees, labor and construction safety.

“According to the weather forecasts of the National Environmental Agency, on March 9-10, wind speed is expected to increase from 10-15 m/s to 25-30 m/s. Tbilisi City Hall calls on the population to show caution and to stay away from trees, lightweight constructions and construction sites in case of strong wind. We call on the construction companies to take more care of their security requirements and to pay special attention to employees, labor and construction safety, ” – reads the statement released by the City Hall.
