Strategy Agmashenebeli’s Manjgaladze: My Christian worldview rejects all forms of violence
“There is no justification for taking a life, regardless of whether we agree with what someone says or not. I do not support any form of violence,” stated Paata Manjgaladze, one of the leaders of the Strategy Agmashenebeli party.
When a journalist asked Manjgaladze to comment on the cynical attitude expressed by some opposition figures and their supporters towards the murder of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, he responded:
“What does it mean to laugh? Are you implying Bolshevik notions? Are you talking about collective responsibility? Where did you see anyone laughing? I know that GD members are traitors, but I do not wish for them to be hanged or treated as victims of persecution like in Nepal. I want them to go home peacefully. My worldview is Christian; therefore, any form of violence is utterly unacceptable to me.”
