“After the October 4 coup plan failed, they will come up with a new overthrow plan. Our response is a constitutional lawsuit,” said Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili.

According to the Speaker, Nika Melia (one of the leaders of the opposition Coalition for Change) is a representative of an anti-constitutional party.

“We hope that the Constitutional Court will review the lawsuit. There is no place in politics for adversaries of democracy. They should not be allowed to take advantage of democratic institutions. Radicals will be given a legal response. There is a Georgian saying about what is happening in the opposition – a crow told another crow, ‘you are blacker than me,'” he said.
