Shalva Papuashvili: Majority and political council meet periodically to discuss routine matters
“We convene periodically within the frameworks of the political council and the parliamentary majority. Sufficient time has passed since our last meeting, and we must maintain direct communication and hold a meeting regarding ongoing matters with the participation of the party’s Honorary Chairman,” Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Shalva Papuashvili stated.
According to him, the public will receive full information regarding all matters.
“For us, it is important to hold periodic meetings in an expanded format. Meetings are routinely convened alongside majority sessions involving the Prime Minister, and the forthcoming session will see the participation of the party’s Honorary Chairman. These are internal democratic processes that involve joint deliberations on ongoing issues,” Shalva Papuashvili stated.
The parliamentary majority meeting will take place at the Georgian Dream party’s central office on 17 October.
