Self-Governance Committee Chair recommends European structures to bypass cliché, face reality

“It would be better if the European structures bypass the cliché they put in practice and face the reality,” Irakli Kadagishvili, Chairman of the parliamentary Self-Governance Committee, told the GPB First Channel.

According to Kadagishvili, the EU should acknowledge that its incorrect policy downgraded Georgia-EU relations.

“When a resolution filled with defamatory statements is added at the end that the EP calls on the government to engage in dialogue, they should actually hold this dialogue and see what the situation is in the country. The EU should acknowledge that its incorrect policy downgraded Georgia-EU relations,” he said.
