Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed the Special Representative for the Delimitation and Demarcation of the State Border of the Russian Federation with Adjacent States, including Georgia, Abkhazia, and South Ossetia [Abkhazia and Tskhinvali Region, the so-called South Ossetia, are Georgia’s regions occupied by Russia].
The Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2025, No. 765 was published on the official Internet portal for the publication of legal acts.
The Russian President appointed Nikolay Udovichenko as the Special Representative.
