Russian occupants detained a Georgian citizen near the occupational line at Skhvilo Fortress in Kaspi Municipality of Shida Kartli region.

The fact of the young man’s detention was confirmed by State Security Service to Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB).

A hotline is activated and EUMM is notified about the fact. Reportedly, the young man is wounded in his leg. The details are being verified.
