Traffic for motorcars at the Mleta-Gudauri section of the internationally significant Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi road has been restored and is implemented in a one-sided regime, while movement for other vehicles remains restricted, the Roads Department of the Infrastructure Ministry reported.
Avalanche threat stands at the Gudauri-Posta-Kobi section, where movement for all types of vehicles is banned.
“According to the National Environment Agency (NEA), on the Mleta-Gudauri section, vehicle traffic will be carried out in a non-stop mode. On the remaining sections of the road, traffic is free,” reads the information.
