Roads Department imposes traffic restrictions on several roads due to snowfall

The Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure imposed traffic restrictions on several roads throughout Georgia due to November 4 snowfalls.

Traffic is banned at Andeziti-Ghado section of the Borjomi-Bakuriani-Akhaltsikhe road. Movement of trailers and semi-trailers is not allowed at Mestia-Ushguli section of the Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia-Lasdili highway.

Semi-trailers are prohibited from driving across Gomi-Savane road of the Gomi-Sachkhere-Chiatura-Zestaphoni road and Nakerala Pass of the Kutaisi-Tkibuli-Ambrolauri road. Movement is free for motorcars.
