Prosecutor’s Office indicts one individual for attack on police officer

Georgian General Prosecutor’s Office indicted one individual for an attack on a police officer at the November 25 protest on Rustaveli Avenue.

The indictee faces 4 to 7 years in prison under Article 353 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

The Prosecutor’s Office will apply to the court for punishment within a set term. Further investigation into the case continues.
