Prosecutor’s Office appeals to Tbilisi City Court regarding measure of restraint into case of TBC Bank founders

The General Prosecutor General’s Office of Georgia filed a motion with Tbilisi City Court regarding the use of measure of restraint into the case of Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board of TBC Bank.

The Prosecutor’s Office demands the imposition of bail to each person in the amount of 1 million GEL as Zviad Kordzadze told Georgian First Channel.

On July 24, the General Prosecutor’s Office presented charges to Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of Supervisory Board of TBC Bank on the fact of legalization of illegal revenues in the amount of USD 16 754 000.
