Process for 2025 conscription into National Military Service completed

The process for conscription of the newly summoned into the national military service has been successfully completed.

Over half of the newly summoned have volunteered to contribute to military service, the Defence Ministry reported.

The fourth flow of the newly-summoned military servants will undergo 8-week medical, engineering, tactics, communications and topography training at the Zaza Peradze Basic Combat Training Center in Akhalkalaki.

After completion of the training, they will take an oath, and according to the territorial principle, conscripts in various units of the Defense Forces will undergo national military service for an eight-month period.
