President pardoned 9 female convicts in connection with Annunciation Day

President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili pardoned 9 female convicts in connection with holy Annunciation Day. The decree on pardoning was published on the web-page of Presidential Administration.

“All convicts have one or more juvenile child. Their crimes are not of violent category. All the nine convicts will have left a penitentiary facility by the end of today,” reads the information.
