“I found incredible similarity in the customs of Georgian and Serbian peoples,” wrote President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, on Facebook.

President Vučić posted about the visit to his family by Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili and his wife, Tamar Bagrationi.

“A special honor to the Vucic family, with their arrival on glory, were arranged by the President of Georgia Mihail Kavelashvili and his wife Tamar. I found an incredible similarity in the customs of our peoples,” Aleksandar Vučić wrote on Facebook.

Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili also echoed the meeting in his social network post, saying “individuals, families and love stand behind the state.”

“St. Nicolas Day turned out very emotional for me. President Aleksandar Vučić invited my wife and me to his big family, where I had the honor to meet with his parents, Madam Angelina and Mister Andelko Vučićs.

It was just a family dinner, with heartfelt conversations and a feeling of being at home. This cannot be forgotten and reminds an individual that individuals, families and love always stand behind the state. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for this trust and warm hospitality,” he wrote.
