President of Kazakhstan congratulates Georgian football team on qualifying for Euro 2024

President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Georgia and the Georgian national football team on qualifying for the UEFA Euro 2024 Championships.

“I take this opportunity and congratulate the Georgian nation and the Georgian national football team on qualifying for the Euro 2024 Championships. I wish them future success,” he said.

On March 26, Georgia’s national football team won a ticket to the 2024 UEFA Euro this summer in Germany by beating Greece with a score of 4-2 in the penalty shootout.

Georgia will debut at the European Championship with its first match scheduled against Turkey on July 18 in Dortmund.
