Police detain foreign citizen on charges of drug-related crime

Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained a citizen of Moldova on charges of drug-related crime.

According to the Ministry, E.G., born in 1985, has been charged with illegal acquisition and storage of a particularly large amount of narcotic drugs and preparation for distribution.

The crime carries a sentence of up to 20 years or life imprisonment.
