PM says Georgia condemns antisemitic terrorist attack in Sydney

“Georgia strongly condemns the antisemitic terrorist attack in Sydney targeting families from the Jewish community,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze posted on his social media X.

Irakli Kobakhidze stressed that the acts of antisemitism undermine our shared values.

“Georgia strongly condemns the antisemitic terrorist attack in Sydney targeting families from the Jewish community as they gathered to celebrate Hanukkah. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the victims and those injured, and stand in solidarity with the people and the Government of Australia. Acts of antisemitism undermine our shared values and must be confronted firmly wherever they occur,” the Prime Minister posted.
