PM meets Chairman of Korea-based SK Group

Irakli Garibashvili, Georgian Prime Minister met Tae-won (Tony) Chey, Chairman of Korea-based SK Group and Chamber of Commerce in Korea.

At the Government Administration meeting, Georgia-Korea cooperation in political, trade-economic, investment, energy, information technologies and tourism and future cooperation intensification prospects were discussed.

SK Group, the largest conglomerate of the Republic of Korea, unites more than 200 companies, including in the fields of energy, chemical industry, telecommunications, bio-pharmaceuticals and trade services. In 2021, the capitalization of the group was USD 134 billion.
