PM – Locals residing in adjacent villages of dividing line to buy medicines for chronic diseases at 1 GEL
Locals residing in the adjacent villages of a dividing line will be able to buy medicines for chronic diseases at 1 GEL upon the decision of Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze.
The initiative applies to 35 medicines for cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, Parkinson, etc.
The program has so far been enjoyed mainly by retired persons, people with limited physical capabilities, war veterans and socially vulnerable groups. More than 90 thousand people are already involved in the program.
