PM hails U.S. President’s letter in response to his U.S. Embassy visit in celebration of Independence Day
“It is significant that the U.S. President responded to my visit to the U.S. Embassy on the occasion of the Independence Day celebration with a positive letter. Such messages help us to stay optimistic,” Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told reporters.

U.S. President Donald Trump has sent a letter to Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, thanking him for his congratulations on the 250th anniversary of America’s independence.
“By working together in support of sovereignty, security, and lasting prosperity, we can continue to achieve meaningful progress. I look forward to strengthening our cooperation as we pursue a more secure, prosperous, and peaceful future together,” Donald Trump said in the letter.
