Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, together with legislative and local authorities, attended the solemn church service at the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral in Mtskheta town.

Patriarchal locum tenens Shio Mujiri of the Georgian Orthodox Church and the clergy conducted the liturgy.

On October 14, Georgia celebrates Svetitskhovloba, a day of Svetitskhoveli Cathedral in Mtskheta, recognized as the home of Christ’s mantle.
