Persons on proportional election list running in parliamentary elections to be obliged to present drug certificate

Like the Majoritarian (single mandate) MP candidates running in the 2020 parliamentary elections, those on the proportional list will also have to submit a drug certificate.

Corresponding changes will be made into Election Code. The package of proposed changes will be presented to the Parliament Bureau for initiation on August 31.
