“Tbilisi needs knowledge, and the Aleko Elisashvili-Citizens party is a team that fully has this knowledge,” said a representative of the Aleko Elisashvili-Citizens party, Pati Barjadze, speaking in debates on GPB First Channel.

According to Pati Barjadze, the main problem in the city today is chaotic constructions and historic Tbilisi.

“We are fully focused on the needs of Tbilisi. We have identified specific areas that concern our city the most. After they are solved, citizens will feel the result. The main problem is the chaotic construction and the historic Tbilisi, which is falling apart. We have to take care of the city. This is our main direction,” said Pati Barjadze.

GPB First Channel hosts debates of representatives of qualified electoral candidates today. Ten parties are partaking: Third Force, European Georgia – Movement for Liberty, United National Movement, European Democrats, Aleko Elisashvili – Citizens, David Tarkhan-Mouravi, Irma Inashvili – Alliance of Patriots of Georgia, Lelo, Shalva Natelashvili – Georgian Labor Party, Girchi, Georgian Dream – Democratic Georgia.

All registered Tbilisi mayoral candidates will debate on GPB First Channel on September 21, 2021.
