A session of the parliamentary majority was convened at the Georgian Dream office. Members of the majority, alongside discussions on political matters, addressed issues scheduled for debate during the plenary sessions of the current legislative week.
The session also focused on topics discussed earlier today at the parliamentary bureau. Notably, they decided that committee discussions on new legislative initiatives will commence, including proposed amendments to the Local Self-Government Code and the Law on Higher Education.
During the meeting, special attention was given to the draft national budget.
Members of the majority agreed that on Wednesday, Parliament would consider the revised version of the Draft Law on the 2026 State Budget of Georgia during the plenary session.
