The strategic partnership between Georgia and the United States comes from the common democratic values, high trust and mutual support.

Chairman of the Defense Committee of Georgia Irakli Beraia said following the telephone conversation between the Minister of Defense of Georgia Juansher Burchuladze and the US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin on Thursday.

“This telephone communication indicates the scale and strength of cooperation between the two countries in the defence field,” Irakli Beraia said.
