The Orthodox Church marks Forgiveness Sunday today. The Church remembers the expulsion of Adam and Eve from Paradise.

Believers ask forgiveness for each other before the start of the Lent.

Traditionally, Catholicos Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II will conduct the church service at Holy Trinity Cathedral today.

The Easter Lent starts tomorrow, which will be finished on Easter on April 28.
