One person arrested in Sarphi on drugs charge

Officers of Adjara Police arrested one person in Sarphi, Georgia-Turkey state border checkpoint on charge of drug crime.

The person was found with 40 pills containing Buprenorphin and 9 packages of heroin upon body search. The charge envisages from 8 to 20 years in prison or life imprisonment.
