Occupied Abkhazia recorded 87 new cases of COVID-19

The occupied Abkhazia region of Georgia recorded 87 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

According to the local media, 164 infected patients are treated at three Covid-centers. Health condition of 24 patients remains critical.

Two more patients died at Gudauta Regional Hospital. The death toll stands at 86 in the occupied region.

Occupied Abkhazia has reported 6 400 coronavirus cases in total since the outbreak of the pandemic, among them 4 498 recovered.
