No winner revealed in tender for construction of new stadium

The Municipal Development Fund’s Tender Commission failed to reveal the winning company in connection with a new stadium’s construction project and decided to review the qualification requirements.

“Due to the fact that only one bidder met the tender qualification criteria and its offer was significantly higher than the prices of other participants, the Commission exercised its right granted by law and deemed it necessary to re-evaluate the conditions and implement appropriate changes to tender documentation,” reads the information from the Infrastructure Ministry.
