New park to be constructed near natural lake in Varjaani settlement of Kaspi

The Municipal Development Fund of the Infrastructure Ministry has launched the design of a project for a new park in the Varjaani settlement of Kaspi municipality.

The project aims to create a modern-standard recreational and entertainment area for locals and guests.

According to the project, the territory will comprise fountains, playgrounds, attractions, sports stadiums, training areas, bicycle lanes and sidewalks. The information centre, cafes, parking area, lighting and security systems will be arranged around the lake.

“Within the framework of the project, special attention will be paid to the protection of biodiversity, planting of local species of trees and plants in the territory, and the use of environmentally sustainable materials,” the Ministry of Infrastructure said.
