NBG President meets with WB RAMP Mission to discuss strategic cooperation
Natia Turnava, President of the National Bank of Georgia (NBG), met with representatives of the World Bank’s Reserves Management Advisory Program (RAMP) mission, Guilherme Alves, Henry Hua, and Jérôme Teiletche.
According to the NBG’s press service, the discussions centred on ongoing collaboration issues, including the implementation and development of the Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) framework, the revision of the foreign exchange reserves investment strategy, the enhancement of gold management policies, as well as future cooperation plans.
Natia Turnava expressed gratitude to the World Bank RAMP team for their technical assistance and continuous support. She also highlighted the National Bank’s readiness to further share its experience in managing international foreign exchange reserves with other central banks within the framework of RAMP, reaffirming its active contribution to the programme’s success.
