Natia Mezvrishvili – Prosecutor’s Office has to evaluate sufficiency of evidences
Chief Prosecutor’s Office has to evaluate sufficiency of evidences into Khorava Street murder, a bloody conflict among school students that claimed lives of 2 juveniles on December 1, 2017, to begin legal persecution against some persons – Natia Mezvrishvili, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs stated.
According to Mezvrishvili, issuing of recommendations towards MIA and Prosecutor’s Office goes beyond competence of the Parliamentary Interim Investigation Commission into Khorava Street murder.
Mezvrishvili said that investigation into the case continued in intensive regime at Ministry of Internal Affairs and that MIA did not exclude development of events in any direction or detention of additional people into the case.
