MP Kadagishvili: October 4 likely marks end of Georgia’s revolutionary scenarios

“October 4 will probably be the end of Georgia’s series of revolutionary scenarios. I have no other expectations,” stated MP Irakli Kadagishvili, Chairman of the Parliament’s Self-Government Committee.

When asked about opposition claims regarding October 4, Kadagishvili responded:

“They did not respect the people’s choice and dismissed it. Their actions lack the logic of a rational politician. Therefore, we shouldn’t expect anything rational from their statements about October 4. If external influences are driving this, then their approach to Georgian politics is ultimately discredited abroad, unless they have a better strategy. Unfortunately, young people are being exploited by such adventurers,” he said.
