Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture meets Armenian Economy Minister
Georgian Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture Davit Songhulashvili met with Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan and the government delegation members to review cooperation opportunities, including prospects for deepening trade-economic relations.
The conversation touched on issues of food safety, cooperation and experience sharing in sectors, including viticulture-winemaking and scientific research.
Deputy Minister Zurab Ezugbaia, the Ministry’s International Relations Department Head Davit Chitaishvili, Deputy Armenian Economy Minister Arman Khojoyan and a representative of the Armenian Embassy in Georgia attended the meeting.
President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan, accompanied by the Armenian government delegation, is paying an official visit to Georgia. The Armenian Ministers are holding meetings with their colleagues.
