MIA applied to the court in connecting with the questioning of Gigi Ugulava, Gia Baramidze and Irakli Okruashvili

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia has applied to the court in connecting with the questioning of the leaders of the oppositional parties Gigi Ugulava, Gia Baramidze and Irakli Okruashvili.

As MIA explains the above-mentioned persons refused to arrive at the investigative body for questioning. Ministry appeals to the court with the request to conduct the questioning of these persons before the Magistrates Court.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs launched an investigation under Article 225 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, involving organization, management or participation in group violence.
