MEP Rasa Juknevičienė: GD regime is lashing out in total desperation

“Those facing these fabricated charges are heroes not only of Georgia but of all Europe!” writes MEP Rasa Juknevičienė on social media.

MEP commented on a statement from the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE), which warns that Georgia is edging closer to full autocracy under the rule of the Georgian Dream.

According to Juknevičienė, the Georgian Dream regime is acting uncontrollably.

“The GD regime is lashing out in total desperation. Those facing these fabricated charges are heroes not only of Georgia but of all Europe!” MEP Rasa Juknevičienė posted.

For context, criminal proceedings have been initiated against Mikheil Saakashvili, Giorgi Vashadze, Nika Gvaramia, Nikanor Melia, Zurab Japaridze, Elene Khoshtaria, Mamuka Khazaradze, and Badri Japaridze.
